The process starts with a call from you or your veterinarian letting us know your pet has passed on. Knowing this is an emotional time, Treasured Pets will pick up the pet from your home or veterinarian's office for you.

Once the pet is received by our staff, it is assigned an ID tag to ensure that it receives the proper services so you receive the appropriate ashes.

Soon after your pet arrives, it will be gently placed on the hearth of the crematory, and the door is closed. The door remains closed during the process until the cremation is complete. When finished, the cremains are gathered and handled with care as they are processed.

Ashes are then dealt with according to your wishes. You may choose from a variety of urns and keepsakes available for purchase for their return. Or, Treasured Pets can spread your pet's ashes for you.
